First Baptist Gulfport understands that discipling children is a team effort that both parents and the church must engage in to be truly effective. AWANA is a church-hosted program that provides tools to further equip parents in guiding their children on their spiritual journey.  

AWANA helps us to fulfill our mission of investing in a new generation who are grounded in God’s Word and growing in their relationships with Christ together.

AWANA leaders have a vital role and influence in our Cubbies, Sparks and T&T programs that make up AWANA. Leaders act as disciple-makers by providing a safe relationship for children to learn, ask questions and begin to work out their faith.

If you're ready to become a LEADER, we’re so excited for you to join us! 🎉

Childcare (infants - toddlers) & Puggles (2 year olds) will be provided ONLY to regularly serving AWANA volunteers. 
Just let us know that you're bringing your infant-2 year old when you're filling out your Leader form!
